Can I request a security escort to walk me to the parking garage?
Of course! Our security team is happy to escort you to your vehicle. You may request an escort through The Centrum app by selecting “Security Escort,” or by texting or calling 972.946.4679. Security will meet you in the lobby to walk you to your vehicle.
Does The Centrum have 24/7 security?
Yes, we do! Head to the security desk located in the lobby for assistance.
Where can I park when visiting the restaurants or offices at The Centrum?
All visitors are welcome to park in the Visitor Parking Garage. The entrance to the Visitor Parking Garage is located on Welborn Street. Please take a ticket at the gate and park anywhere on P1. Make your way up the elevators to access the lobby and restaurants.
How much does it cost to park in the Visitor Garage?
The first 9 minutes in the parking garage are free. After that, it’s $4.00 per hour with a $16.00 maximum charge for parking in the garage. The restaurants in the building will validate parking tickets for paying customers.
Is Property Management on site?
We sure are! Come visit us in Suite 530.
Does The Centrum have janitorial day staff?
All common areas of the building are cleaned throughout the day. See something amiss? Let us know!
Does the building provide hi-speed WIFI throughout the common areas?
The Centrum offers free hi-speed WIFI in the lobby, community courtyard, and the 5th Floor Deck.
Does the building have a dedicated freight elevator?
It does! Freight elevator and building dock access can be scheduled with Property Management.
