Mudsmith will declare its uniqueness from the many other coffee places that have opened around Dallas in the past few months by serving coffee from San Francisco-based Four Barrel. They will also use brewing methods that go beyond the usual percolator, including Chemex and V-60 machines along with two custom-made Stradas by La Marzocco for specialty espresso drinks, as well as fresh pressed juices. Pastries will be baked in-house, along with a selection of sandwiches, such as jalapeño meatloaf or ham and cheese with raisin chutney.

Try out the unique hotdogs that come loaded with things like sauerkraut, chives, and bacon. Add a side of fries, onion strings or fried pickles spears (those come doused in dill ranch) to make it meal. Other offerings include chili, frito pie, chicken dishes and homemade dessert puddings (choose from lemon meringue, chocolate or bananas foster). Let's not forget a full bar setup, with 24 beers and wines on tap. You can also ask veggie (with a portobello patty) and gluten-free (on cabbage) options!
